What platforms do we support?
For computer software we support Microsoft Windows client software (XP/2000 Pro/98), Windows Server (2000/2003), and Exchange Server (2000/2003).
For application/database development we support .Net, Java, SQL, ColdFusion & PHP.

are our rates?
Good question. We price our services by the hour or by the project depending on the type of project. We
also provide:
- Custom tailored
monthly contractual agreements that include discounted hourly
rates, 2 hour response time
- Long term
software support agreements.
- Risk sharing
approaches based upon conditional stock options, commissions,
incentive clauses or stock grants.

How much experience do we have?
All of our service techs and engineers are Microsoft Certified (MCP and MCSE) and A+ certified, with 20+ years combined working experience in computer networking and system support.
All members of our creative/web team have extensive experience in graphic/logo design and web development, and have developed web sites and logos for hundreds of clients from small to mid-size and large corporations to entertainers, professional athletes and more.

Do
you offer support for home offices?
Yes! We currently service the Denver and the Greater Denver areas.
What are our business hours?
Our regular business hours are:
9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
10am - 2pm, Saturdays
Closed Sundays.
We also offer priority/emergency service during non-regular business hours. Please contact us for more information.
