Windows would not start...system would freeze up...there were viruses found in my system...the viruses were successfully removed and my hard drive was saved. The problem was resolved and things about my system and files and things I would need to know were explained to me.. my system was also brought up to date and a anti virus was installed in hopes to prevent further problems ... thank you .. if it was not for you my system would probably have been tossed out the window!
